# Warehouse Assistant – Man & Lift Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Warehouse Assistant & Man-Lift Operator to join our dynamic team in a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment. Strong adherence to Health & Safety principles is essential, along with previous experience in similar roles including FLT / Counterbalance forklift work.

The role involves the core warehouse operations of Pick & Pack, calling for an engaged team worker with initiative and the ability to adapt to shifting responsibilities confidently.

Hours are structured in three weekly rotation shifts: • 6am – 2pm • 10am – 6pm • 2pm – 10pm


Responsibilities

  • Operate FLT or Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Pick & Pack orders accurately to meet warehouse and customer demands
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety protocols
  • Collaborate within a team-driven environment
  • Exercise flexibility in handling varied workloads autonomously

Requirements

✅ Experience in Warehouse/Manufacturing environments ✅ FLT or Counterbalance Vehicle familiarity, ideally, held certification ✅ Mastery of Pick & Pack processes ✅ Commitment to Health & Safety best practices ✅ Excellent teamwork and attitude
