Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Person to join our supply chain team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee warehouse operations and deliveries, ensuring a smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring safe handling of goods
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Assist in cycle counts, returns processing, and logging supplier discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Perform basic warehouse maintenance and cleaning tasks

What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong warehouse experience, including:
- Safe manual handling
- Picking, packing, goods-in/goods-out
- Loading/unloading trailers and palletising
- Basic stock replenishment
- Use of warehouse equipment (pump trucks, pallet jacks)
- Comfortable working to tight SLAs, shift patterns, and high-volume, fast-paced environments
Communication
- Clear communicator with experience liaising with:
- Supervisors
- Drivers
- Haulers
- Cross-functional teams
- Confident in reporting issues, escalating problems, and following instructions
Adaptability
- Ability to switch tasks when required to support business needs
