About Us

Gripvan supplies specially designed vans and the latest technical equipment to photographers and filmmakers across London and beyond. We're a small, close-knit team that works with leading agencies and producers, supporting some of the biggest names in the industry on high-profile shoots. We're still young, growing fast, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

The Role

This is a hands-on role split between driving and warehouse work. You'll drive our 3.5t (Cat B) vans on local and UK deliveries and collections, and between jobs you'll be in the warehouse prepping, testing and checking equipment in and out. It's a great way into the industry. Like everyone at Gripvan, your progression from here is down to merit, not time served.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our 3.5t (Cat B) vans to deliver and collect equipment for shoots across London and the UK
  • Prepare, test and pack equipment orders ahead of each job, making sure everything is present and working
  • Check in and inspect returning equipment, flagging any faults, damage or missing items
  • Load and unload vans carefully, following correct handling procedures
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and accurately stocked
  • Support the wider team on set or in the warehouse during busy periods
  • Represent Gripvan professionally with clients, crew and members of the public

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
