About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse / Production Operative to join our manufacturing team at Agri-Lloyd. Based in Leominster, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role where flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential. What You’ll Be Doing Working as part of a team to meet production targets Rotating roles within the department and supporting training of others Maintaining and using PPE correctly, reporting any defects Following all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies Keeping your work area clean and safe Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Being flexible to work in other areas of the business when needed What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who is: A team player with good interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges Flexible, hardworking, and enthusiastic Committed to high standards of conduct and service Additional Information You may occasionally be required to: Work additional hours to meet business needs Attend staff meetings and training sessions Travel to other sites Why Join Us?
