Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Warehouse Reworker.

Be part of the movement – and play your part.

About the role

Working Monday to Friday on the 14:00–22:00 shift, you'll play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting warehouse operations. You'll inspect, repair, repackage, and rework products to ensure they meet customer and company standards, while helping to keep the operation running efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting returned, damaged, or non-conforming products and identifying quality issues
  • Reworking products through cleaning, relabelling, repackaging, repairing, or reassembling items as required
  • Ensuring all reworked products meet quality, safety, and customer standards before release
  • Maintaining accurate records of rework activities and reporting recurring issues or defects
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely and assisting with stock movements and inventory activities
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency

About you

You'll ideally have experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment and be comfortable following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Previous experience in product inspection, warehouse rework, quality control, or order fulfilment would be advantageous.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Strong organisational skills, basic numeracy and literacy, and the ability to work to productivity targets are essential. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or material handling equipment would be beneficial but is not essential.

You'll thrive in this role if you're reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment. You'll also be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting, moving, bending, and standing throughout your shift.
