Shift patterns: NIGHTS any 5 days from 7
Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Create and maintain an engaged culture that delivers world-class service
- Lead a Safety First culture, ensuring compliance with DHL safety standards
- Manage and influence key operational stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, removing barriers and enhancing operational performance
- Define and embed clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across leadership teams
- Foster accountability, engagement, and high performance to support operational excellence.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous experience managing teams within a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or operational environment
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that support operational and business objectives
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results and getting things right first time
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive operational standards
