Night Shift – Warehouse Team Leader
About the Role
As our new Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll lead the warehouse operations team to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of products while delivering outstanding service to customers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational performance, supporting your team, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse activities.
Working within our Operations team—reporting to the Plant Manager—you’ll coordinate warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch. This role offers an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing your leadership skills in an employee-owned business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the night shift
- Supervise picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance
- Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team members
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience leading and motivating a warehouse or logistics team
- A strong understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
- Ability to prioritise workloads and make effective decisions under pressure
- Full Licence to Drive (FLT license) required
