Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Specialist-Fork Lift Driver to join our team in Coventry. As a Warehouse Specialist-Fork Lift Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations by handling inventory, picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and a strong team player who can adapt to our fast-moving fulfilment environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store inbound inventory efficiently. Pick customer orders with precision and timeliness. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Work collaboratively with the fulfilment team to optimise workflow and meet targets. Identify and communicate any operational issues or areas for improvement. Support warehouse cleanliness and organisation. Key Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience driving Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance trucks (valid license required) Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment. Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Mintsoft is a plus.
