About the Role: Dispenser Supervisor
Are you passionate about healthcare, leadership, and driving excellence in pharmacy operations? At HeliosX, we’re redefining patient access to and experience with medicines, and we’re seeking a Dispenser Supervisor to help guide this mission.
Purpose
Support the Dispensing Team Lead in operating the dispensary—ensuring precision, safety, and compliance in every order. You’ll lead the team by:
- Coaching
- Inspiring
- Ensuring high standards in accuracy and compliance

Location & Schedule
- Full-time, permanent role
- Site-based in our Leamington Spa warehouse
- Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing staff scheduling to meet daily workload demands
- Support the Team Lead in daily team management, including:
- Providing feedback
- Ensuring procedural alignment
- Clearly communicate duties and priorities amongst team members
- Cascade training updates and adherence standards as directed
Key Focus Areas
- Identify & report operational issues, errors promptly
- Work with the team to:
- Log errors and near misses
- Mitigate recurrence
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve basic client inquiries and complaints as needed
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Dispenser (or equivalent):
- NVQ Level 2, MPharm
- Previous experience as a Senior Dispenser
- Experience in a Supervisor position (preferred)
Traits & Skills
- Lead by example in professionalism
- Attention to detail in all tasks
- Working knowledge of computer systems
- Proven ability in high-volume environments
