A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its warehouse operations across multiple sites near Thirsk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a fast-paced warehouse environment, who enjoys leading teams and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee goods in, goods out, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and support production through effective materials management.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and audit records.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste.

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Management experience.
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence (essential).
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
