Warehouse - Taiko Acton- BONSAI

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £38,000 + £1500 Night Shift Allowance

Contracted Hours: 45

This isn’t your average warehouse role.

This is fast-paced, high-energy, no-room-for-mistakes kind of stuff. You’ll be leading from the front, running the show, and making sure everything flows perfectly from warehouse → production.

If things stop, production stops. So yeah… you’re kind of a big deal.

About You:

You’ve got the attitude, energy, and standards to match:

  • You’ve led teams before and know how to get people performing at their best
  • You’re organised, switched on, and detail-obsessed (in a good way)
  • You don’t cut corners – quality is non-negotiable
  • You stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • You’re hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in with your team
  • You spot problems early and fix them fast
  • You communicate clearly and keep everyone aligned
  • You take ownership – when it’s yours, it’s yours

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
