Warehouse Supervisor

Uniserve is seeking two Warehouse Supervisors to effectively supervise warehouse staff and daily operations, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of planned activities, adherence to customer requirements, and achievement of key operational targets.

To provide real-time feedback, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment while upholding company standards and food safety regulations.

Shift Pattern:

  • 4 on, 4 off

Key Duties:

  • Supervising warehouse staff and work activities
  • Ensuring employees understand their daily roles and receive clear instructions
  • Understanding and executing the day plan, including resource allocation and customer requirements
  • Coordinating and communicating progress, delays, or problems to the Shift Manager
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Providing reports and activity updates to Shift Managers
  • Ensuring excellent customer service

Skills & Experience:

  • Warehouse Supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
  • Familiarity with various material handling equipment (MHE) and safe operating procedures
  • Clear and concise verbal communication
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and instructions
