Warehouse Supervisor Role – Full Time (Ref: 116018)
Location: Raunds/Wellingborough Shift: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00

Key Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations and manage a team, including:
- Coordinating a team of Team Leaders and operatives
- Managing workloads and monitoring KPIs and deadlines
- Coaching and developing your team
- Maintaining acc quantitative stock records and supporting stock takes
- Enforcing strict health & safety compliance
- Ensuring excellent customer, supplier, and transport partner communication
- Reporting on performance and planning for future capacity needs

About You: Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Proven success in a warehouse leadership role
- Strong team management skills—motivating and developing others
- Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational abilities
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency with IT systems, including spreadsheets and warehouse management tools
- A solid grasp of health and safety requirements
- Knowledge of lean techniques is a bonus
