Warehouse Supervisor - Bradford

We’re looking to bring in a talented Warehouse Supervisor, to manage and oversee all processes and procedures, to ensure all KPIs and targets for your team are achieved across the operation for JLA contract in Bradford.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring loads are picked, loaded, and dispatched safely and on time.
- Support and coordinate FLT/Reach drivers and warehouse operatives across the shift.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with all site rules and procedures.
- Drive loading efficiency and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure hazards, near misses, spillages, incidents, and accidents are reported in line with company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the wider management team and key stakeholders.
- Support team engagement, training, and performance management.
- Assist with stock accuracy and inventory control using systems including SAP.
- Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards throughout the warehouse.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role within a fast-paced operation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A proactive approach to health and safety, with experience promoting a positive safety culture.
- Experience working with warehouse systems and stock management processes.
- FLT awareness or experience operating MHE would be advantageous.
