Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 8NF, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Organize and supervise the receiving, storage, sorting, and outbound processes of goods to ensure operations meet standards and timeliness requirements.
- Personnel Management: Responsible for warehouse staff scheduling, training, performance tracking, and team building to improve employee stability and execution.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement safe operating procedures to ensure the warehouse complies with relevant regulations such as labor laws, fire safety, and hygiene standards.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain good communication with departments such as purchasing, customer service, and transportation to coordinate resources and resolve operational issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report operational data, analyze problems, and propose improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, familiar with local labor culture and warehousing processes.
- Strong team management skills; able to motivate employees and handle unexpected situations on-site.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and other similar tools.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in multilingual and multicultural environments.
- Detail-oriented; possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to work under pressure during peak periods, such as order surges during promotional events.
