Job Description
Are you an experienced Team Leader or current Supervisor ready to step into a new role? Join our fast-paced Bolton operation distributing breads, cakes and other morning goods products within a 24-hour warehouse environment.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF - 10:00am-22:00pm.
Salary: £13.84 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support warehouse teams
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and safe systems of work
- Support absence, performance and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and resolve issues
- Monitor KPIs, productivity and service levels
- Deliver coaching, training and development activities
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Team Leader experience as a minimum or a supervisor looking for a change and a fast-paced opportunity
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge
- Experience within a fast-moving consumables/FMCG environment
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
