Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, based at our Distribution Centre, Walker Park in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the efficient performance of all operational activities to deliver high standards
- Ensuring an adherence to health and safety requirements
- Achievement of specified KPIs
- Supporting the Shift Managers in the day to day operational tasks associated with the shift
- Support a positive and value-driven culture
- Ensuring the shift is operationally fully compliant with all work instructions
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of operatives
About You
- Ability to work the full range of shift patterns
- Credible supervisor with previous experience
- Strong leader
- Excellent communicator able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent people manager, able to manage performance and Employee Relations in a fair & consistent manner
- Able to motivate & develop a team
- Proactive and solution focused
