Supervisor – Warehouse
Time Type: Full Time
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00
Location: Raunds, Wellingborough

Role
Warehouse Supervisor
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while supporting the management team to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating your team of Team Leaders and operatives, driving KPIs and meeting deadlines
- Coaching and supporting the team’s ongoing development
- Ensuring accurate inventory and stock movement records
- Enforcing health and safety compliance whilst fostering a culture of safe working
- Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity
- Acting as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure excellent communication and service delivery

Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
- Proactive and decisive in decision-making
- Confident IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse management systems
- Solid understanding of health and safety requirements
- Advantageous: Knowledge of lean techniques
