We’re hiring: Warehouse Supervisor (Sunday-Thursday, 22:00–06:00) Location: Raunds, Wellingborough.
Key Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
- Lead a team of Team Leaders and operatives, coordinating workloads and performance monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
Core duties include:
- Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
- Coaching and supporting team development.
- Ensuring accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Enforcing health and safety compliance and fostering a culture of safety.
- Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning capacity needs.
- Serving as a key contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners.

About You
DSV is seeking a driven candidate who excel in leadership and logistics. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
- Demonstrates strong people management skills, inspiring and developing teams.
-Possesses:
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, decision-making mindset.
- Good IT knowledge (spreadsheets & warehouse systems).
- A solid grasp of health and safety.
- Knowledge of lean techniques is advantageous.
