About The Role
Are you passionate about healthcare, leadership, and driving excellence in pharmacy operations? At HeliosX, we’re redefining how patients access and experience their medicines and we’re looking for a Dispenser Supervisor to play a key role in our mission.
As a Dispenser Supervisor, you’ll support the Dispensing Team Lead in overseeing the day-to-day running of the dispensary, ensuring every order is prepared, checked and supplied with precision and care. You’ll take a hands-on approach to leading the dispensing team by coaching, training and inspiring them to deliver the highest standards of accuracy, safety and compliance. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help drive key operational goals that enhance efficiency, performance and profitability across the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based on site in our Leamington Spa warehouse. Shifts will be on 4 days on & 4 days off schedule.
What You'll Be Doing In The Role
- Assisting with scheduling staff effectively to meet daily workload requirements.
- Supporting the Team Lead in day to day management of the team and providing feedback where needed.
- Communicating clearly with team members to ensure understanding of daily duties and responsibilities and ensuring workload is distributed across the team ensuring workload priorities are managed effectively.
- Cascade training, updates and standards as directed by the Dispensing Team Lead.
- Identify and report any operational issues or errors to the management promptly.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all errors and near misses are recorded and support actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist the customer service team in resolving basic client queries and complaints when the Team Lead needs support with this.

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Qualified Dispenser (NVQ Level 2, MPharm or equivalent)
- Lead by example in terms of professionalism at all times
- Attention to detail
- Computer Literacy
- Worked in high volume environments
- Experience as a Senior Dispenser or previous experience in a Supervisor position
