Location: Fareham (Midpoint 27)
Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

The role
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
This is a hands-on leadership role – you’ll lead by example on the warehouse floor while supporting, motivating, and developing your team to deliver against operational targets and service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse colleagues to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch activities
- Allocate workload and manage priorities to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct stock checks and audits, maintaining accurate inventory records
- Manage documentation and ensure operational accuracy
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Identify and address performance or process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Essential
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of goods in/out processes
- Valid forklift licence (counterbalance essential and reach licence also preferable)
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
Desirable
- Experience working with multiple product lines
- Exposure to fast-paced distribution environments
- Management or health & safety training/qualifications
