Head of Warehouse Operations
Achieve warehouse performance objectives, in particular by establishing on-the-floor operation excellence daily management methods; define cost-saving, productivity, and service-level improvement opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, constantly aim to reach the ultimate goal to:
- Establish outstanding customer satisfaction
- Speed inbound-to-outbound cycle time
- Eliminate errors

- Overall responsibility for handling returns for the warehouse, developing and implementing standard returns procedures
- Coordinate returns acceptance, registration, classification, and processing to improve returns processing efficiency
- Analyze returns data and provide improvement suggestions to:
- Reduce returns rates
- Ensure smooth business operations
Job Requirements
Education and Discipline
- Preferred Majors: Logistics management Supply chain management Related disciplines

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management
- Overseas warehouse management experience strongly preferred
Language Skills
- Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers and teams
- German fluency preferred
Technical and Soft Skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
