About the Role

What’s it like to be a CCF Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader?

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse team, ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. It’s a fast-paced environment where your leadership will help our ambitious and driven business stay at the top of its game.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leader: You’ll be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse team, providing a vital contact point for both customer and colleague queries.
  • Stock Management: You’ll make sure stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets.
  • Service Excellence: You’ll ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our customers, ensuring our specialist materials are ready for action.
  • Safety First: You’ll champion our non-negotiable safety culture, ensuring every member of your team works in a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven Supervisor: Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar supervisory role within a sales and goods-inwards environment.
  • Great Communicator: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly Organised: You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
  • Safety Conscious: You have a solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements and a commitment to keeping people safe.
