Warehouse Support Employee – Full-Time (St. Helens)
Ref: [WHRKB120]
Location: Fastenal Distribution Centre, St. Helens
Contract: Full-time | Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30
Ref: Previous warehouse experience is essential
About the Role
We’re looking for driven, reliable individuals to support and enhance our warehouse operations. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth goods movement, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, handling, and processing goods into the warehouse
- Material management, including stocking, tracking, and organising inventory
- Order picking with precision and efficiency
- Shipping and despatching goods to meet deadlines
- Operating and maintaining warehouse management systems

Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate:
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency in computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Staying power to lift, load, and move packages up to 30kg safely and efficiently
- Adaptability – the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks across a fast-paced team environment
Preferred:
- Forklift experience (desirable for volumetric roles)
