NEW VACANCY: WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
Location: Telford (Shropshire)
Salary: A GBP 35,115 per annum, rising to A GBP 39,500 per annum once fully signed off.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off : 12-hour rotating shifts (Days and Nights, including weekends)
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader seeking a new job, are you happy working 4 on 4 off shifts and do you hold an internal or external Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift license that has been refreshed in the last 5 years?
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join a long-standing food manufacturing business in Telford (Shropshire), previous experience using an ERP system is required, and we are looking for someone who lives within a 20-25 mile radius of Telford (Shropshire).
This will be a 2-stage interview process, the first stage consists of a numeracy and literacy assessment that will take place on site at Telford, and providing that goes well you will then have a 2nd interview on site which will be more in-depth and will also include a full factory and warehouse tour.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily warehouse activity including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and investigate any discrepancies promptly
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Train, coach, and support new starters to build capability and confidence
- Keep work areas safe, tidy, and fully compliant with site standards
- Operate warehouse equipment and monitor KPIs while escalating maintenance issues
What You Will Bring
- You MUST hold a Counterbalance and/or Reach license that has been refreshed within the last 5 years
- Previous ERP system experience
- Proven leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using IT equipment and systems, with a good level of numeracy
