Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,500 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends)
Shift Time: 9am - 6pm (flexibility required)
This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, operating between 3°C and 5°C.
Lead the Way at Reynolds
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the key point of contact on the shop floor, leading a team of warehouse operatives and driving performance across a fast-paced FMCG operation. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service, accuracy and efficiency every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily KPIs.
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods.
- Ensuring stock accuracy through effective inventory control and regular checks.
- Driving a strong Health & Safety culture across the team.
- Coaching and developing team members to support performance and progression.
- Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Background in a chilled FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Good understanding of warehouse systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results and people development.
