About Forbo Flooring Systems
The Flooring Systems division specialises in a diverse and environmentally friendly range of products, including:
- Natural linoleum (with Forbo holding a 70% market share as the world leader)
- High-quality vinyl flooring
- Entrance matting systems (for cleaning and drying shoes)
- Carpet tiles
- Needle felt
- Flotex (washable high-tech textile flooring)
These products are widely trusted for their excellent technical properties across:
- Public buildings and facilities (hospitals, schools, libraries)
- Commercial and office spaces (leisure centres, shops, hotels)
- Specialist adhesives, parquet, ceramic tile installation solutions
- Leveling compounds and liquid floors (Eurocol brand)

What We Are Looking For
- Previous team leader experience (inherently leadership-based roles welcomed)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety (H&S)
- Exceptional motivator and skilled team manager
- First-hand experience within a Warehouse/Manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding communication skills ( listener-driven)
- Customer-centric mindset – results driven

Job Details
- Location: Blackburn, Lancashire, UK
- Shifts: Weekly rotations/schedule:
- 6am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
