Warehouse Team Leader – Warwick
Location: Warwick
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Day shift
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temp-to-perm
Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Warwick.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with proven warehouse leadership experience who can motivate a team, manage daily workloads and maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

- Leading and supporting warehouse operatives
- Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
- Supporting goods-in, stock control, and general warehouse operations
- Monitoring productivity and meeting daily targets
- Resolving operational issues and escalating where required
- Conducting team briefings
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Supporting the training and development of team members
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Skills and Experience
- Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
- Confident managing and motivating a warehouse team
- Good understanding of warehouse processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and basic computer software
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
- Reliable, professional, and hands-on
Pay: £16.00 per hour
This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
