Warehouse Team Leader – Warwick

Location: Warwick

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Hours: Day shift

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temp-to-perm

Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Warwick.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with proven warehouse leadership experience who can motivate a team, manage daily workloads and maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

  • Leading and supporting warehouse operatives
  • Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
  • Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
  • Supporting goods-in, stock control, and general warehouse operations
  • Monitoring productivity and meeting daily targets
  • Resolving operational issues and escalating where required
  • Conducting team briefings
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
  • Supporting the training and development of team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Skills and Experience

  • Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
  • Confident managing and motivating a warehouse team
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and basic computer software
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • Reliable, professional, and hands-on

Pay: £16.00 per hour

This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
