Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temporary work with the potential for longer-term opportunities
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Warwick.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident operating FLT equipment while also overseeing a small warehouse team and supporting the day-to-day operation.
Duties Include
- Overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives
- Allocating daily tasks and helping the team meet operational targets
- Operating FLT equipment safely
- Moving, loading and unloading stock
- Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties
- Monitoring productivity, accuracy and health and safety standards
- Checking stock, paperwork and labels
- Reporting any operational issues to management
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience supervising or overseeing a small warehouse team
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Aisle Master licence or previous Aisle Master experience would be highly desirable
- Alternatively, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences with recent experience
- Strong warehouse and stock-handling experience
- Confident communicating with team members and management
- Reliable, organised and willing to take a hands-on approach
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
