Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Melton Mowbray (LE14)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 16:00 (40 hours per week)
Salary: £30k per annum + overtime
Contract Type: Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Melton Mowbray. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage both their own workload and efficiency of the warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking on average anything between 80 to 100 items per day
- Planning and organising your own workload while overseeing team performance during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Ensuring all operational requirements are met in line with business needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience in a warehouse team leader
- The ability to use their own initiative and work independently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
- A proactive mind set, capable of driving team performance and supporting continuous improvement
- A self-sufficient approach with a clear focus on achieving targets and operational goals

- Permanent position with a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
