This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business supplying into industries including aerospace, Formula One, engineering, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
Our client operates within the metal industry, a stable, essential, and growing market with huge long-term opportunities. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who already has some leadership experience and is ready to step into a bigger role with more responsibility and progression.
The Opportunity as a Warehouse Team Leader:
You’ll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics operation where you’ll help lead a 3-man team, improve performance, and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site.
This role would suit someone with 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operational environment who wants real career development and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Operations Team Leader:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of warehouse and logistics operations
- Leading, motivating, and developing warehouse staff
- Managing stock movement, dispatch, and operational workflows
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Helping improve efficiency, service levels, and team performance
- Building strong working relationships across the business
- Supporting training and onboarding of team members
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Taking ownership of operational challenges and helping drive solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence managing different personalities and motivating teams
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
- High energy, ambition, and a positive attitude
