Are you an ambitious individual with experience in a busy logistics environment who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business supplying into industries including aerospace, Formula One, engineering, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

Our client operates within the metal industry, a stable, essential, and growing market with huge long-term opportunities. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who already has some leadership experience and is ready to step into a bigger role with more responsibility and progression.

The Opportunity as a Warehouse Team Leader:

You’ll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics operation where you’ll help lead a 3-man team, improve performance, and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site.

This role would suit someone with 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operational environment who wants real career development and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Operations Team Leader:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of warehouse and logistics operations
  • Leading, motivating, and developing warehouse staff
  • Managing stock movement, dispatch, and operational workflows
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Helping improve efficiency, service levels, and team performance
  • Building strong working relationships across the business
  • Supporting training and onboarding of team members
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards
  • Taking ownership of operational challenges and helping drive solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
  • Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence managing different personalities and motivating teams
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
  • High energy, ambition, and a positive attitude
