I'm currently partnering with a retailer who are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Manager to join a busy distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and motivating a team to deliver excellent results.
About the Role
As the Evening Warehouse Team Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation on a 2:30pm - 11:00pm shift, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and the team works safely and productively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse operatives throughout the shift.
- Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational priorities.
- Ensure stock movements, replenishment and returns are completed accurately.
- Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse.
- Coach team members and help drive continuous improvement.
- Report operational issues and provide updates to warehouse management.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Evening shift (2:30pm-11:00pm)
- Additional hours and Saturday may be required during peak trading periods.
