WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: As a Production Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of our production warehouse, ensuring that all equipment is received, stored, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Assist with the daily operations of the production warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly received, stored, and delivered. Work closely with the Production Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all client jobs are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. Abide by all warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. Assist with the maintenance and repair or replacement of any equipment. Ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that all items are properly labelled and tracked in the warehouse management system. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure that all items are accounted for and that discrepancies are resolved promptly. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all aisles, racks, and storage areas are properly maintained. YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE: At least 1 years of experience in warehouse management. Experience working with production equipment, furniture or large-scale inventory management preferred. Strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to warehouse operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages. NICE TO HAVES: First Aid. IPAF/FORKS. IOSH. Operator Licence Awareness. Ladder Safety Awareness. Manual Handling Awareness. Working at Height Awareness. Environmental Awareness at Work. Fire Warden / Marshall Training. Understanding of the legal obligations towards health and safety and the roles of all duty holders under CDM2015.
