Warehouse Technician
Warehouse Manager – Demand Centre South (Rich’s

About the Role
Responsible for delivering warehouse operations including processing, packaging, shipping and maintaining supply chain efficiency. You’ll ensure safety, compliance, and logistics excellence while mentoring teams to exceed customer and company standards.
**PURPOSE
- Administer and manage warehouse operations, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies.
- Audit and account for materials, supplies, and inventory within store facilities.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment while maintaining accurate reporting.
- Develop and coordinate shipping schedules to optimise workflow and space utilisation.
- Evaluate and enforce maintenance and protection of facilities and Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Oversee order picking (loading/unloading, transporting items per warehouse standards).

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain KPIs performance and compliance for warehouse operations.
- Act as an **AX D365 subject matter expert to streamline workflows.
- Monitor minimum wastage and safe MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) usage.
- Risk assessment & cleanliness—ensure work areas adhere to safety and operational best practices.
Team & Training
- Promote company culture and Great Leader Drivers (GLDs) within the warehouse team.
- Multiskilling workforce via tailored training and effective record-keeping.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, from identifying issues to proposing solutions.
Safety & Procedures
- Train associates on safety compliance and documented operational standards.
- Conduct pro أفضل shift transitions while raising problems early.
- Champion Health & Safety, adhering to company policies, Traceability Systems, H&S standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Interdepartmental Coordination
- Ensure timely order confirmation, goods receipting, and dispatch—aligning supply chain processes with internal and external needs.
- Maintain effective communication with Warehouse Shift Managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Work Schedule
- Double Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
- Night Shift: Sun–Thu, 22:00–06:00
Requirements & Skills
Must-Have:
✅ Warehousing experience ✅ Mechanical Handling Equipment proficiency ✅ Certified Forklift Operator (FLT), including Counterbalance & Bendi licence ✅ Numerical & methodical working practices
Advantageous:
🔹 Banksman training (recommended) 🔹 Experience with ERP systems, ideally AX Dynamics 🔹 Reach truck or Scissor lift familiarity
