Job Description

Shift

Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm

Salary

£32,461.26 per annum.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Trainer with a passion for safety, compliance, and developing people? We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Training Lead to drive training excellence across our busy warehouse operation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) training and assessments.
  • Conduct new starter on-site inductions and ensure colleagues are fully trained in safe working practices.
  • Deliver Manual Handling training and refresher sessions.
  • Complete post-incident/accident assessments and retraining where required.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
  • Coach, mentor, and support colleagues to improve operational performance and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support site compliance activities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • RTITB or ITSSAR accredited MHE Instructor qualification (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, health & safety, and training delivery.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and develop people at all levels.
  • Experience delivering inductions, manual handling training, and operator assessments.
  • IOSH qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
