What will you do?

  • Define the product internal flow architecture based on the principles of the SPS (Schneider Performance System).
  • Design the process for the local warehouse to SE Global architecture standards - including standardized work instructions, floor layouts, and material storage configurations.
  • Use knowledge of the Lean principles to reduce waste.
  • Warehouse design sizing to meet safety, capacity, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Ensures safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities.
  • Define and involve SAP system with warehouse management (WMS) configuration.
  • Champion the continuous improvement of the digital transformation of MPH (Material Providing and Handling) and Warehouse implementing new automation and technology to optimize safety, quality, time, and cost.
  • Material handling route design for the replenishment of raw material, evacuation of finished products and waste in the assembly lines.
  • Audits established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develops and prepares comprehensive reports that include findings and recommendations for improvement actions related to cycle counts, warehouse occupancy, material replenishment lead times, and service levels.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Experience with SAP / Warehouse Management Systems.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience with flow architecture for warehouse layout.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies in a warehouse environment, including digital transformation of MPH (Material Providing & Handling) and Warehouse.
  • Experience with warehouse design sizing.
  • Experience with route planning for the evacuation of finished goods and waste.
  • Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural team environment.
  • Must be able to work around chemicals, hazardous waste, and all types of equipment safely in a Union Facility.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
