Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a SIA Licenced Duty Manager to provide support to Site Officers, Colleagues and Customers in the provision of security and business support services within the region always adopting the principles contained within both the Colleague and Customer charters.

You will be working various hours across Off Peak/Peak/Super Peak timings Monday through to Sunday.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV Licence.
  • Full UK Driving License, must be minimum 25 years old.
  • Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role.
  • Must have at least 3-years’ experience in the security guarding sector.
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:

  • Display high levels of leadership, competence, and exercise a high degree of flexibility and personal initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Account Health and Safety Risk Assessments; reporting findings to the Corps and WBD Management Team and put forward recommendations where applicable
  • Ensure that the security operation complies with all relevant statutory requirements to include SIA Licensing
  • Ensure that the security operation complies with client requirements for business as usual/production uplifts and special events
  • First Line responder to any site emergency response incidents i.e. floods, fire, alarm activations
  • Receive all security operations related comms and disseminate as appropriate in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain an active duty of care to all site-based staff by completing lone worker check calls and monitoring company book on/off activity
  • Ownership & delivery of all daily/weekly reports required by the client relating to patrol software activity
  • Daily liaison with the client & third-party stakeholders to ensure that delivery standards are met and exceeded
  • Be the site-based Corps Security representative and incident manager for out of hours operational events
