Warranty Administrator
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Warranty Administrator to join our KIA dealership in Rayleigh, to effectively deal with all areas of warranty administration, ensuring the systems involved are auditable, accountable, and maintained. This position is offered on a full-time basis, Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00 and paying £30,000, and reports to the regional warranty manager.

Do I need experience?
No! Whilst we welcome applications from candidates with previous automotive warranty experience, we understand that everyone started at one point without experience. The key attributes and skills we look for in a candidate are:
- Very high attention to detail
- Previous administration experience would be highly advantageous
- An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions
- Fantastic communication skills

Key Duties And Responsibilities
As a warranty administrator you will be responsible for and not limited to:
- Complying with manufacturer’s warranty claim procedures and ensure all warranty activity meets with these procedures.
- Working alongside the service departments with warranty submissions
- Ensuring all warranty work is processed inline with the manufacturers guidelines
- Reconciling any returned claims within the time limits
- Monitoring statement payments, ensuring any under/over payments are highlighted
