About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our busy automotive dealership in Loughborough. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a vital role in managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to manufacturers.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience in automotive warranty administration, looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking team with strong values around inclusion, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer guidelines
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve queries
  • Monitor and manage outstanding claims, rejections, and payments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure standards and best practices are upheld
  • Support the wider aftersales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive sector is beneficial. Could also suit a Workshop Controller or Service Advisor looking for a change.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of claims
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK or similar)
  • Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
