Job Description
MSX is seeking a Warranty Audit Consultant for the UK market. This critical role focuses on in-depth reviews of Dealer warranty operations, evaluating repair capabilities and potential audit risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured warranty audits across the UK Dealer network, ensuring:
- Correct claim submission compliance
- Adherence to warranty procedures and policies
- Analyse historical warranty cost performance per Dealer
- Perform on-site Dealer warranty audits
- Carry out manual reviews of pre-selected paid claims and dealer documentation, validating:
- Correct administrative procedures
- Appropriateness of claims in all respects
- Advise Dealers on warranty processes and manufacturer compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on inaccurate claims, areas for improvement, and compliance gaps
- Present on-site audit findings to Dealers during visits

Note: The role requires extensive travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Warranty Administration (or equivalent)
- Deep motor industry knowledge (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of policy and procedure, particularly for warranty and workshop workflows.
- Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders within the dealer network.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver insights clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage workload and fulfill deadlines accurately.
Acceptable Alternatives
- Candidates with 3 years’ technical/workshop experience in Aftersales and Warranty processes may be considered if they can demonstrate:
- Passion for audit and compliance-based roles
- Ability to gain expertise in Dealer operations rapidly.

- Proactive, logical thinker—driven to identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive organisational effectiveness.
- Process-oriented with a keen attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Numeric literacy to interpret warranty cost performance data.
- Strong inter-personal intelligence—ability to work gracefully at all levels of Dealership hierarchies.
- Experience with high-performing teams is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable—embracing varied tasks and client needs efficiently.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office and claim-tracking databases.

HR & Employment Conditions
Full-Time Offer (UK-Based)
- 37.5-hour workweek (Mon–Fri) with flexibility for overtime when required.
- Travel and overnight accommodations sponsored as needed.
