Job Title

LGV Driver | Resident Services


Contract Details

  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 37 hours per week (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Location: Eastcroft, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH
  • Salary: £28,598 (Level 1) rising to £31,022 per annum (pay award pending)

About the Role

The LGV Driver role involves:

  • Operatingutin specialised vehicles (refuse, gritters, mainline sweepers) under Resident Services -Safe delivery of gardening, refuse collection, recycling, and cleansing duties across Nottingham -Ensuring environmental standards across the city -Providing a first point of contact and support to residents for service-related issues

Requirements

To be successful, candidates must have:

  • Class 2 LGV Driving Licence
  • Full CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Experience with refuse collection vehicles, gritters, and mainline sweepers
  • DBS enhanced check (regulated activity)

Working Arrangements

While roles default to hybrid working wherever possible, this post requires on-site presence due to operational needs.
