£32,000-£38,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + £5,200 Car Allowance

We're looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Customer Growth Manager to manage and develop relationships across an existing portfolio of industrial and commercial customers. You'll identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, increase service adoption and support long-term retention through a consultative approach.
The Role
This is a field-based customer growth role where you'll:
- Build strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers
- Visit customer sites to understand their evolving waste management needs
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve customer solutions
- Develop proposals that deliver value for customers and support business growth
- Proactively engage with customers to strengthen retention and loyalty
- Work closely with Account Management, Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service
- Use CRM systems to manage customer activity, opportunities and account plans

About You
You'll have:
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B customer relationships
- Experience in account management, customer success or consultative sales
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Confidence conducting customer meetings and site visits
- Experience managing a customer portfolio and using CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence
