Waste Management Representative (Customer Service - South Oxfordshire Council Team)

Full time / permanent
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team as a Waste Management Executive, you will be joining a well-established, fun, and energetic organisation where we provide a point of contact for the customer to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customer service, has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally, you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful but not essential as we are able to provide on-the-job training.
