Are you experienced in wastewater networks and looking to step into a rewarding training role? Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a leading water‑industry training provider for a Waste Water Networks Trainer to join their growing team.
About The Role
This opportunity is ideal for:
Experienced trainers with wastewater knowledge Industry professionals from wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control who want to move into training (full trainer development provided)
You’ll deliver high‑quality training to apprentices and operational staff across the UK, helping develop the next generation of wastewater network operatives.

Deliver engaging training on wastewater networks, sewer systems, blockages, pollution prevention, and operational safety Assess learner competence in line with apprenticeship and industry standards Support learners with technical and practical development Ensure training quality meets regulatory and awarding‑body expectations Contribute to course development and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Background in wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control Strong understanding of network maintenance, blockages, and environmental compliance Training/assessing experience welcome but not essential Confident communicator with a passion for developing others Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
