Yard Operative – Skip Hire & Waste Management
Lindum Waste Recycling operates from our dedicated recycling centre in Saxilby, specialising in skip hire and waste management. Passionate about sustainability, we actively reduce landfill waste—currently recycling 99% of all material handled—with a strong commitment to good value, excellent service, and loyal customer relationships.

About the Role
We are recruiting a Yard Operative to carry out essential duties including:
- Waste segregation on the picking line
- Bailing shed operations
- Metals sorting
Candidates must be:
- Hardworking and flexible
- Reliable and committed to shifting demand
Working Details
Location: Saxilby recycling centre Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7.30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Overtime required during peak periods

Essential Requirements
Due to the role’s nature, a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory.
