Finlay Jude Associates are seeking Experienced and Qualified Wastewater Supervisors to support our client’s Dual Manhole Inspection Project on the Severn Trent Water contract.
Project Overview
This project involves carrying out camera inspections of dual manholes across the wastewater network. Any remedial work identified will be completed by an external contractor; your focus will be on inspection quality, safety, and effective site supervision.
Our client are specialists across gas, water, electricity and telecommunications networks, including design, construction, connection, repair, maintenance and ongoing operational support.

- January 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and carry out camera inspections of dual manholes across assigned regions.
- Ensure all inspections are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate daily activities, reporting, and site logistics.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors regarding inspection findings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed to required standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications & Training
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
- Manual Handling training
- Emergency First Aid
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- Asbestos Non-Licensed with Awareness
- Confined Space Awareness
- Gas Monitor Training
- EUSR Water SHEA
- Confined Space – High Risk
- NRSWA – Operative Units (LA, 01-06)
Experience
- Previous experience working within the wastewater or utilities sector is essential.
- Proven ability to supervise field teams or operational workstreams.
- Strong understanding of confined space protocols and wastewater network operations.
