West Midlands | Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's most prestigious luxury watch retailers as a Watch Technician.
Working within a state-of-the-art workshop, you'll support the aftersales team by delivering exceptional technical standards across a range of luxury timepieces. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing technician looking to further their career within a business renowned for craftsmanship, quality, and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quartz movement replacements.
- Battery replacements and routine maintenance.
- Glass and crystal fitting.
- Crown and pusher replacement.
- Case and bracelet disassembly and reassembly.
- Resealing watches and conducting pressure testing.
- Bracelet repairs, sizing, and adjustments.
- Diagnosing faults and assessing repair requirements.
- Performing thorough quality control checks on completed work.
- Maintaining exceptional workshop standards while working efficiently and accurately.
- Supporting colleagues and interacting confidently with clients, providing a professional and knowledgeable aftersales experience.

About You
- Previous experience as a Watch Technician or in a similar watch repair environment.
- Confident working with delicate precision components.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing work of the highest standard.
- Well-presented, articulate, and comfortable engaging with clients when required.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage your workload effectively.
- A positive team player with a genuine passion for luxury watches and craftsmanship.
Desirable Experience

- Watch case and bracelet refinishing/polishing.
- Experience working with luxury Swiss watch brands.
- Knowledge of water resistance testing procedures.
- Exposure to basic mechanical watch repairs.
