Water Efficiency Plumber
Experienced Water Efficiency Plumber – Hampshire
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Water Efficiency Plumber to strengthen their team.
This role is based in the Hampshire region.

Water Efficiency Plumber Role
The role involves delivering free water efficiency visits to households, helping to:
- Reduce water usage
- Lower carbon emissions
- Save customers money
The project operates in partnership with major water utility providers and a wide range of clients across different sectors, covering all aspects of water demand management to deliver measurable benefits for both clients and their customers.

Responsibilities
- Visit households to:
- Assess plumbing fixtures
- Install water-saving devices
- Repair leaks
- Provide tailored advice to reduce water consumption
- Conduct water efficiency assessments within customer homes
- Install and fit water-saving devices such as:
- Taps
- Showers
- Toilets
- Measure flow rates, check for leaks, and take meter readings
- Accurately record information using a bespoke mobile application
- Educate customers on sustainable water use and encourage positive behavioural changes
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide feedback on service improvements
- Work with flexibility, including occasional weekend shifts
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- GCSEs in Mathematics and English (essential)
- National Water Hygiene "Blue Card" (preferred) – training can be provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
