Job Description
Are you a Team Leader or Manager from a Water Engineering background who is looking for a senior role with a leading water specialist who will provide ongoing training to make you an expert in a field-based role with one day in the office per week?
This company specializes in Water Treatment Systems, cable percussion drilling, rotary drilling, water boreholes, and geothermal boreholes. With over 50 years of industry experience, they are trusted for their technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to sustainable solutions.
In this role, you will be organizing job setups, coordinating engineer schedules, and managing daily workloads effectively. Overseeing projects end-to-end, maintaining open communication channels across the business. Moreover, the Service Manager oversees quality control measures, engages with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards in water engineering.

The Role
- Water engineer looking to progress into management
- Oversee, Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems including filters, softeners, UV units, pumps, and chemical dosing equipment
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Regional patch with a van and tools provided
- Occasional visits to the office
The Person
- Experience with water systems, valves, pumps or similar
- Full UK driving license
- Looking to step up into management
