About The Role
- You will be working in a modern busy Shopping Centre, where you will be expected to have expert knowledge on how to deescalate conflict issues and deal with security related incidents.
- Your key role is to maintain security, health and safety and stakeholder relationships.
- You will be expected to have a friendly disposition and be outgoing enough to get to know the Centre retailers and maintain good relations with them and your Team.
- You should perform your role with diligence and instil confidence in others that you will resolve their concerns quickly.
- Your attitude should always focus on ‘how can I help’ in all situations.
- You will be flexible and willing to help and act as a key part of the team.
- During your working day you will focus on developing and coaching staff to deliver service excellence.
- You will receive full training and we are looking for motivated individuals who will make a measurable contribution to the continued success of GUK.
